Call for papers
Authors are invited to submit their abstracts online no later than January 31st, 2024.
Authors will be able to select the kind of presentation they submit for, oral or poster.
A critical criterion of acceptance will be originality. A condition of submission is that, if accepted, the paper will be presented at Met&Props 2024 by the author or one of the co-authors.

Review and Publications
Selected papers will be peer-reviewed before final acceptance for publication in the proceedings. The proceedings will be published in a leading journal.
Authors guidelines
Authors are invited to submit an abstract, which will undergo a double blind review.
For all accepted abstract, a full paper will be requested in a second phase.
All abstracts must be submitted electronically in Pdf format using the conference management system myCongressOnline.
Abstracts must be written in English, must not exceed a maximum of two (2) pages and should be prepared using the template provided (see below). It is the responsibility of the author to submit a paper written to an acceptable level of English. If the author is unsure, a native English speaker should review the paper prior to submission.
Please, do not alter the formatting and style layouts, which have been set up in the template document.
How does it work?
1. Create an account linked to your email address
2. Go to the “Abstracts” module to submit your contribution(s). Please make sure you use the template provided.
3. Complete the submission form:
- Title: the title must be in lowercase with a single capital letter at the beginning of each sentence.
- Keywords: please indicate four to five keywords, which will also be used for composing the Subject Index.
- Preferred format: you may indicate for which format you are submitting your abstract. This is just an indication. The Scientific Committee may assign a different format based on the quality and the number of submitted abstracts.
- Topic: please select one of the main topics listed. It will help with the reviewing.
- Authors & affiliations: create a list of all the authors of the abstracts. It will help us create the final index. You shall select who is the forst author, and who is the presenting author. The corresponding author will be the submitter.
- Abstract: please copy and paste the abstract from your PDF (600 words maximum). It will be useful to reviewers.
- Attachement: don’t forget to attach your submission in a PDF format
4. You have until the deadline to edit your submissions.
Once the deadline is reached, your submissions will undergo reviewing.
