All abstracts accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will be included in the conference proceedings. A selected number of oral presentations will be offered the opportunity to be published in a special issue of IOP Surface Topography: Metrology and Properties Journal as full papers, going through the standard IOP peer review process. Decisions about which oral presentations are selected will be made by the scientific committee based on the quality of presentations at the event.
In partnership with IOP Publishing, two prizes will be awarded to the two best oral presentations by a PhD student and 1 prize will be awarded to the best poster prepared by a PhD student.
